Entry Steps
26 Okbong-ro 13beon-gil, Geumjeong-gu, Busan — 2nd floor
You will need two passcodes to enter.
① 1F Main Gate
Enter the 1st floor main gate passcode to come inside the building.
② 2F Seodong Yeogwan
Go up the stairs and enter the passcode on the 2nd floor Seodong Yeogwan door lock.
Lift the door lock cover, enter the code, then close the cover and the door will unlock.

No water dispenser — two 500ml bottled waters are provided. Please pick up extras as needed.
Due to single-use plastic restrictions, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, cotton pads, and hair ties are not provided.
Beam Projector Guide
📽️ How to Watch Netflix
- 1. Use the black remote to turn on the Chromecast.
- 2. Press the HDMI button on the black remote.
- 3. Press the Netflix button on the white remote.
- 4. Sign in with your personal account and enjoy 🎬
🔇 If There's No Sound
- 1. Press the Home button on the black remote.
- 2. Then continue using the white remote.
⚠️ Please use your personal account for Netflix, and don't forget to log out after use!
Light Switches
The living room light switch is located next to the heater, directly facing the entrance.
Switches for the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are on the wall of each respective space.
Please turn off all lights when checking out.
Heating System
Press the middle power button on the right side to turn it on.
Hot Water Only
For hot water only
Room Temp
Hot water + floor heating
Press the power button and rotate to select either hot water only or room temperature mode.
Please be sure to turn off the power after use.
Electric Heater · Winter Only
No remote — operate directly on the unit.
⚠️ Always set a timer when using (overheating risk)
• Daytime: 2-hour timer / Nighttime: 4-hour timer
• Unplug the power cord after use
Gas Stove
The gas valve is located on the right side of the stove.
⚠️ Always close the gas valve after use! Please double-check for safety 🙏
Trash · Recycling
🗑 General trash — Place in the living room trash bin.
🥬 Food waste — Put it in a sanitary bag and leave it on the kitchen sink.
♻️ Recycling (plastic, cans, bottles) — Place in the green bin on the 2nd floor outdoor area.
